Our role with the Municipality of Chatham-Kent is to review, process, and report to
Chatham-Kent Planning Services on all applications included under the Ontario Planning Act (see below). Specifically, we provide land use planning and consultation services at arm's length and under the guidance of the Municipality of Chatham-Kent and make recommendations to the appropriate approval body.
